Qualifying
We will accept returns on all items if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging within 14-days of shipping.
We cannot return items after 14-days from the date the pieces were shipped. We also cannot accept returns on custom items, unless they were received in damaged condition.

Costs
If your order was delivered in the US, your return is free. Once your return is authorized, we’ll send you a free, pre-paid shipping label. Customers that receive orders outside of the US, please contact hello@wearethenarrative.com for details.
Timeline
Our goal is to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However, due to the global situation, this time frame may be extended to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refundable
