After 5 years—or if that receipt has gone missing—we’re still here to keep your piece looking its best. For a small fee, we’ll repair your piece to ensure it stays cherished for a lifetime.

Contact our Service Department at hello@wearethenarrative.com to begin the process. You'll be charged the appropriate fee and your jewelry will return to you, as good as new.

If you cannot find your receipt or proof of purchase no worries. You can still take advantage of our Lifetime Repair Service, for a repair fee. This will trigger a new 5-Year Warranty on your piece.

Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear your jewelry has gone missing!

While our 5-Year Warranty doesn’t cover lost or stolen pieces, we recommend reaching out to your home, contents, or travel insurance provider to file a claim.
