Every hand-crafted piece of Narrative jewelry comes with our 5-Year Warranty—because life happens, and we’ve got your back. Scratch your pendant? Ring needs resizing? Fancy a fresh replate? Consider it handled. No hoops to jump through, no questions asked. Your happiness is our guarantee.
After 5 years—or if that receipt has gone missing—we’re still here to keep your piece looking its best. For a small fee, we’ll repair your piece to ensure it stays cherished for a lifetime.
Contact our Service Department at hello@wearethenarrative.com to begin the process. You'll be charged the appropriate fee and your jewelry will return to you, as good as new.
I Cannot find my receipt or proof of purchase, am I still covered?
If you cannot find your receipt or proof of purchase no worries. You can still take advantage of our Lifetime Repair Service, for a small repair fee. This will trigger a new 5-Year Warranty on your piece.
Am I covered if my jewelry is lost or stolen?
Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear your jewelry has gone missing! While our 5-Year Warranty doesn’t cover lost or stolen pieces, we recommend reaching out to your home, contents, or travel insurance provider to file a claim.

My Piece is looking tarnished, what do I do?
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and plate our pieces in Vermeil (2xs times thicker and stronger than industry standards) in a small factory in the US to ensure durability and longevity. If your piece happens to look tarnished, contact us at hello@wearethenarrative.com and we'll have your item re-plated at no cost.
REPAIRS
What if my jewelry requires repair?
Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear—which means life might leave its mark. If damage happens, we’ll do our best to repair your piece and send it back good as new. If it’s beyond saving and still within your 5-year warranty, we’ll make it right with a replacement or a voucher. Problem solved, stress-free. I've lost just one of my earrings, what can I do?
