Yes! All of the details for Internationals hipping will be available at checkout. Please note your country’s customs and duty policies prior to purchasing, as we are not liable for any fees or taxes your package may be subject to upon crossing the border.

Though most packages go through customs without any additional charges, some countries will charge duty for international packages.Because of the range of duty fees across different countries, we are unable to accurately reflect them in our prices; checking the fees of the specific destination country will help you avoid any surprises.

For sure! On any page where we ask you to enter your address, phone number, or credit card information, we use a secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt the communication.


There are three easy steps to return your pieces to us for a return or exchange:

Prepare your item: Place your item in a plastic baggie, and then put that baggie into a bubble wrap packaging envelope, like this for shipping. Omit all of your original packaging boxes and just send your item in it’s baggie. Also, make sure to clasp all of your pieces so they don’t get tangled during transit.

Address your package: Print the pre-paid shipping label you received from Narrative and place this label on the outside of your package. Also, all returned packages MUST have a full name and order number on the outside of the package to be processed.

Pop it into the mail: All Narrative credits are processed as soon as the package is received to our studio. Our goal is to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However, due to the supply chains during the global situation this time frame may be extended to 30 working days.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refundable.
